Shipping Policy

• OneHerb.com employs a highly automated and well-organized shipping process that allows us to fulfill orders the same business day. We strive to ship all orders the same business day they are received. Orders processed after 2PM on or weekends will not ship until the following business day.

Cancellations and Returns

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a full credit or refund within 10 days of receipt.
  
  All orders may be cancelled prior to fulfillment of the order.
  
  OneHerb.com will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred in order to return the product/s to us. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 3 business days.

In your email include your order number and the reason you want to return each item.
